Fantastic experience! Brought in banged up brand new vehicle after getting t-boned and left unable to tell what had even been damaged. Nick kept us updated weekly throughout the process has parts were ordered, shipped, installed etc and thoughtfully explained the extent of damage and repairs when we picked up the vehicle.

i love this place! i had some problems with my car running over a tire, and they were so accommodating and fixed everything! they even checked my car a few times for other minor problems i had. i do not have any knowledge about cars, and Dillon provided the best service and is super nice! i had a great experience here, definitely recommend it!

I brought my truck to the crew Flagstaff collision center to fix a previous repair that was done by a different shop fixed, and fixed right this time. It took some time to get everything worked out with insurance but Dillon and the rest of the crew at Flagstaff collision were on top of it the whole time and working hard on my behalf to get everything squared away and taken care of properly. I can't tell you how happy I am with the quality of work they did on my truck and the time and effort they put into making sure everything was taken care of. And done RIGHT! While my truck was there I also had them install a Line X bed liner, and it turned out amazing! I highly recommend this company
