Not necessarily. While we follow factory procedures and use OEM parts, many insurance policies cover certified repairs. We’ll explain your options and help you make the safest, most informed decision. Will using a non-certified shop void my warranty? It could. Improper repairs can impact safety systems or future warranty claims. ProFirst Certification helps ensure your Honda or Acura’s warranty remains intact by meeting manufacturer standards.   What makes a ProFirst Certified shop different? ProFirst facilities must pass rigorous audits, use Honda/Acura-specific repair data and equipment, and train technicians in brand-approved procedures. It’s not just about fixing damage — it’s about restoring safety and value.     Can I choose a ProFirst shop even if my insurance recommends another? Yes. Arizona law lets you choose your repair facility. You have the right to request repairs at a ProFirst Certified shop like Flagstaff Collision Center, even if your insurer suggests otherwise. [5100 N.
